Perk Circle Program Terms

These terms govern participation in Perk Circle, the rewards and local-perks program operated for F45 Training Pompano Beach. By creating or using an account, you agree to these terms and the Perk Circle Privacy Policy.

Eligibility and account approval

• Access is limited to people approved by F45 Training Pompano Beach.
• The full name and email used to request Perk Circle access must match the studio membership records.
• Each person may use only their own account. Account access, QR codes, and redemption screens may not be shared.
• Perk Circle account status is separate from the underlying F45 membership status.

Points

• Points are promotional, have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and cannot be sold.
• Points are earned and deducted according to the current Program Rules.
• Improperly awarded or used points may be corrected, voided, or removed.
• Point requirements and available rewards may change.

Studio rewards

• A reward request is not approved until management marks it Approved.
• Members should wait for management to contact them before picking up merchandise or receiving a reward that requires coordination.
• Availability, quantity, eligibility, and fulfillment timing may vary.
• If a request is canceled, the applicable points will be returned to the member’s Perk Circle balance.

Local-business perks

• Local perks are offered by participating businesses and may have usage limits, point costs, start dates, end dates, or other conditions.
• The member must open the live Perk Circle redemption screen and allow business staff to complete the redemption action. Screenshots should not be accepted.
• Participating businesses are responsible for honoring their active offers and providing the goods or services described.
• Perk Circle and F45 Training Pompano Beach are not responsible for the quality, availability, safety, or conduct of an independent participating business.

Changes, Reward Availability, Suspension, and Program Termination

Perk Circle is a promotional loyalty program offered by F45 Training Pompano Beach. To the extent permitted by law, F45 Training Pompano Beach may add, remove, replace, limit, suspend, or modify rewards, point requirements, earning rules, local-business offers, participating partners, program features, or these Program Terms at any time.

Rewards and local-business offers are subject to availability and may be withdrawn without replacement. If a Studio Reward request is still pending when the reward becomes unavailable, F45 Training Pompano Beach may cancel the request and return the points used. If an approved reward becomes unavailable before it is provided, F45 Training Pompano Beach may provide a reasonably comparable substitute, return the points used, or make another reasonable arrangement.

F45 Training Pompano Beach may suspend or permanently discontinue Perk Circle at any time. When reasonably practical, members will receive advance notice and may be given a limited period to use eligible points or complete pending requests. Any notice will state the applicable program-ending date and redemption deadline. After that deadline, unused points, unredeemed benefits, and unapproved requests will expire and will not be redeemable for cash, credit, membership dues, or other compensation, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

If immediate suspension or termination is reasonably necessary because of fraud, misuse, security concerns, legal requirements, technical failure, business closure, or circumstances outside F45 Training Pompano Beach’s reasonable control, advance notice or a redemption period may not be available.

Points are promotional, have no cash value, are not the member’s property, cannot be sold or transferred, and do not create a vested right to any particular reward or benefit. Purchasing an F45 membership does not constitute purchasing Perk Circle points.

An individual account may be inactivated, suspended, or blocked for suspected fraud, misuse, sharing, harassment, unauthorized access, manipulation of check-ins or redemptions, or violation of these Program Terms.

Service Availability and Limitation

Perk Circle is provided on an “as available” basis. Service interruptions, delayed emails, internet or device problems, scanner outages, incorrect third-party information, and changes in participating-business availability may occur.

F45 Training Pompano Beach does not guarantee that any particular reward, partner, offer, point value, or program feature will remain available. Participating local businesses are independently responsible for their products, services, employees, and fulfillment of their offers.

Nothing in these Program Terms limits or excludes any consumer right or liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.
